Welcome to YouTube Comments Analyzer ("Service"), provided by Kildekoden AS ("we," "us"), based in Oslo, Norway. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• By using the Service, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

2. Your Account

• Provide a valid email address and secure password.
• Do not share your account or login credentials.
• Notify us immediately if your account is compromised at support@youtubecommentsanalyzer.com.

3. Comments Analysis & Subscriptions

• Each subscription plan includes a specific number of comments you can analyze per billing period.
• You may purchase additional comments if your allocated number is exhausted.
• If an analysis fails due to technical issues, contact us at support@youtubecommentsanalyzer.com. We will resolve the issue and restore your comments if appropriate.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed in advance via our payment provider.
• Failed payments may result in account suspension until resolved.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the Service.
• Do not transmit harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Do not reverse engineer or extract the source code.

6. Intellectual Property

• We retain all rights to the Service and software.
• You own your submitted data ("User Content") and grant us limited rights to operate the Service.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You can request data deletion or correction anytime.

8. Termination

You or we may terminate your account anytime. Upon termination, your data will be deleted permanently.

The Service is provided "as-is". Our liability is limited to the greater of €100 or your payments in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.
